BBQ Chicken Pizza
Who says you can’t have pizza night and stay on track? This BBQ Chicken Pizza, made with OA Gourmet’s low-carb, gluten-free pizza crust, is the perfect balance of smoky, tangy, and cheesy goodness. It’s easy to make, full of flavor, and ready to elevate your next meal.
Ingredients:
• 4 tbsp BBQ sauce, divided
• 1 tbsp shredded gouda
• 2 tbsp shredded mozzarella
• 3 tbsp shredded rotisserie chicken
• 1 tbsp diced red onion
• Fresh cilantro leaves (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 425ºF. Place the OA Gourmet pizza crust on a ventilated baking sheet and bake for 3-6 minutes, until slightly crisp.
2. Spread 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce evenly over the crust. Sprinkle on the shredded gouda and 1 tablespoon of mozzarella cheese.
3. In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of BBQ sauce with the shredded rotisserie chicken to coat it evenly. Distribute the BBQ chicken on top of the pizza, followed by the diced red onion.
4. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling and the crust is golden brown.
5. Remove the pizza from the oven and drizzle the remaining BBQ sauce over the top. If you’d like, sprinkle on fresh cilantro leaves for a burst of color and flavor.
