Herb-Infused Salami Pizza

Get ready to elevate your pizza night with this Herb-Infused Salami Pizza—a delightful blend of warm, aromatic herbs and savory salami that will have your taste buds singing. 


Ingredients:

• 1 OA Gourmet Pizza Crust

• 2-3 tbsp pizza sauce

• 3 tbsp low-moisture mozzarella, shredded

• 1 shallot, thinly sliced

• 1 tbsp olive oil, divided

• 1/2 tsp aglio e olio seasoning or your favorite Italian seasoning

• 4 slices of salami

• Fresh rosemary sprig

• Freshly grated parmesan cheese


Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 425ºF. Place the OA Gourmet pizza crust on a ventilated baking sheet and bake for 3-6 minutes, until slightly crisp.

2. While the Pizza Crust is in the oven, combine the sliced shallots with 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil and your chosen seasoning, then mix. Set aside.

3. Remove the Pizza Crust from the oven and spread an even layer of pizza sauce. Sprinkle on the mozzarella cheese and layer the seasoned shallots on top. Finish with slices of salami.

4. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden and crisp.

5. Once out of the oven, top with a drizzle of the remaining olive oil, freshly grated parmesan, and fresh rosemary sprigs. Slice and enjoy!
