Ingredients

1 large egg

1 breakfast sausage patty (or a few small ones)

1 slice of sharp cheddar cheese

Optional: butter, avocado, greens, or your favorite hot sauce
Instructions
1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook your sausage patty until browned and cooked through (about 3–4 minutes per side). Set aside.
2. In the same skillet, crack your egg and cook to your preference. For a yolky sandwich, go sunny-side up or over-easy. Prefer fully cooked? Go over-hard or scramble.
3. While the egg cooks, lightly toast your OA Sandwich Slices in a toaster oven or air fryer until warm and slightly crispy.
