INGREDIENTS
- 2 Original Sandwich Rounds
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup cucumber
- 1/4 of medium avocado
- 1.5oz fresh mozzarella
- 1 tbsp green goddess dressing
PREPARATION
- Toast Sandwich Rounds
- Layer spinach, cucumber, avocado and fresh mozzarella on top of Sandwich Round
- Drizzle dressing on top of layers
- Top with the second Sandwich Round
- Snap a picture
