Loaded Bagel Sandwich
National Bagel Day is the perfect occasion to enjoy all the flavors of an everything bagel, but with a low-carb, gluten-free twist. This bagel-inspired sandwich uses our Everything Sandwich Slices to deliver the same satisfying taste in a healthier, lower-carb alternative.
Packed with fresh, wholesome ingredients, this recipe is easy to make, full of flavor, and perfect for breakfast, lunch, or even a midday snack.
Ingredients:
• 2 OA Gourmet Everything Sandwich Slices, toasted
• 2 tablespoons whipped cream cheese, divided
• 3 slices turkey
• 2 slices crispy bacon
• 1 slice tomato
• Pepper, to taste
• 4-5 slices cucumber
• 1/4 avocado, sliced or mashed
• 1/4 cup sprouts
• 2-3 thin slices red or green onion
• 1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions:
1. Take one toasted Sandwich Slice and spread cream cheese evenly across the surface.
2. Add the turkey slices on top of the cream cheese, followed by the crispy bacon.
3. Layer the tomato, followed by a few cracks of pepper, then add cucumber slices on top.
4. Add the avocado slices or mash the avocado and spread it across the fresh vegetables.
5. Sprinkle the sprouts on top of the avocado and add thin slices of red onion.
6. Lightly drizzle the sandwich with olive oil.
7. Spread the remaining cream cheese on top of the second toasted slice of Everything Sandwich, then layer on top of the sandwich.
