Made with OA Gourmet Sandwich Slices, this version keeps it low-carb, gluten-free, and completely delicious. Whether you’re making it for lunch or a quick, satisfying dinner, this high-protein sandwich is a must-try.

Ingredients:

🥑 2 toasted OA Gourmet Sandwich Slices (Italian or Original)
🦃 3-4 slices roasted or smoked turkey
🥓 2-3 slices crispy bacon
🧀 1-2 slices cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or provolone)
🍅 2 slices tomato (season with a pinch of pepper)
🥬 2-3 pieces lettuce (butter lettuce or romaine)
🥑 1/2 avocado, mashed (seasoned with salt & pepper)
🥄 1-2 tbsp mayo

Instructions:

1️⃣ Toast the Sandwich Slices until golden brown.
2️⃣ Add cheese to one slice and broil for 2-3 minutes (optional but highly recommended!).
3️⃣ Layer it up: Add turkey, tomato (seasoned with pepper), bacon, and lettuce on top of the cheesy slice.
4️⃣ Prep the second slice: Spread mayo on the other Sandwich Slice, then top with mashed avocado.
