Turkey Cheddar Sandwich with Smoky Mayo

INGREDIENTS:
• 2 OA Gourmet Original Sandwich Slices
• 1 slice of cheddar cheese
• 4 slices of turkey
• 2-3 tomato slices
• 1 tbsp smoky mayo (recipe below)
• 1 tsp chopped chives
• Pepper to taste
For Smoky Mayo (makes more than needed):
• 1/4 cup mayo
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• 1 grated clove garlic
• Juice of 1/2 lemon
PREPARATION:
Prepare the Smoky Mayo:
1. In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of mayo, 1/2 tsp of paprika, 1 grated clove of garlic, and the juice of 1/2 a lemon. Set aside.
Assemble the Sandwich:
1. Lay one OA Gourmet Original Sandwich Slice on a plate.
2. Spread 1 tbsp of smoky mayo over the slice.
3. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of the mayo.
4. Add 4 slices of turkey over the cheese.
5. Place a couple slices of tomato on top of the turkey. Season the tomato with a pinch of pepper.
6. Sprinkle 1 tsp of chopped chives over the tomato.
7. Top with the second OA Gourmet Original Sandwich Slice.
Cook the Sandwich:
1. Preheat a panini press or a skillet over medium heat.
2. Place the assembled sandwich in the panini press or skillet.
3. Cook until the cheese is melted and the sandwich is warmed through, about 3-5 minutes. If using a skillet, press down with a spatula and flip halfway through cooking.
