It's amazing how common yet how versatile a sandwich is. There are so many ways to make sandwiches! This week, we'd like to share with you a simple and traditional Cauliflower Sandwich Round recipe: Turkey Sandwich with mozzarella, arugula, and tomato! 

Ingredients:

6 ounces of fresh sliced turkey
2 slices of Outer Aisle Cauliflower Sandwich Rounds
1 teaspoon of Dijon
Handful of arugula
A large slice of tomato
1 oz of mozzarella cheese

Assemble the ingredients in order and enjoy!

    if you want them crispy you can try a frying pan, toaster oven with a tight woven rack, standing toaster or an air fryer. An air fryer at 400 for 5-7 minutes for our Sandwich Thins and 7-9 minutes for our Pizza Crusts should be perfect.

  • Another variation is to add a delicious spread consisting of 1/3 avocado, 1 tbps dijon mustard, salt and pepper. Combine everything is a bowl, mash it up and spread on the sandwich thin. Add turkey and additional items of your choice.
