Keto Avocado Toast Recipe

INGREDIENTS
- 2 Sandwich Rounds - any flavor works!
- 1 medium avocado
- 1 whole cage-free egg
- pinch of red pepper flakes
PREPARATION
- Place egg on non-stick pan with desired oil or cooking spray
- Place Sandwich Rounds in a toaster oven set to 2 slices for 2.5 minutes
- Cut medium avocado into chunks
- Flip egg and turn off heat
- Remove Sandwich Rounds from toaster oven and let cool for 1 minute
- Spread 1/2 avocado onto first Round
- Layer on second Round
- Spread remaining avocado on top layer
- Top with fried egg and a pinch of red pepper flakes
- Enjoy!

I love these I haven’t eaten any flour products in over a year and found these on Amazon I absolutely love them.. I love the idea of being able to pick up a burger or have a sandwich. I rate these for taste 100% much better than most other Cauliflower products out there and these have no flour.
